Accommodation in Soltyska

We offer you another exclusive accommodation in a stylish, classic Slovak wooden house in the village of Šoltýska, only 1.8 km from the ski center Skicentrum Kokava Línia, 10 km from the village of Kokava nad Rimavicou and 11 km from the next ski resort Zerrenpach Látky-Prašivá.

The ski resort Kokava Línia has 6 lifts and slopes with artificial snow for beginners and advanced with the possibility of night skiing. There is also a restaurant in Penzión Family with year-round operation near the resort.

The ski resort Zerrenpach is located at an altitude of – 950 – 1000 m. The slope is suitable for families with children and skiers – beginners. The slope is also covered with technical snow. In case of suitable conditions, night skiing is also available. The center offers ski equipment rental, a ski service, a ski school and a sporting goods store. The length of the lifts is 400 m and 750 m. There is also a year-round restaurant in operation.

Our wooden house with a capacity of 6-8 people is one-story with a residential attic. There are 2 common rooms, 2 bedrooms, 1 fully furnished covered terrace, bathroom and 2 toilets.

In the lower part there is a large kitchen with all appliances, such as an induction hob, convection oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, cutlery and crockery, fridge with freezer, a large dining table and a solid fuel fireplace. The second room is a living room with a sofa bed, TV with satellite and radio. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with a sink and a toilet with a bidet.

In the residential attic there are two bedrooms and a toilet with a sink. There are 4 single beds in one bedroom and a double bed in the second bedroom. There is plenty of storage space everywhere.

Heating is provided electrically or by a solid fuel fireplace. Wood is always ready on the covered terrace. If necessary, internet with wifi is also available.

Exterior: fenced plot with yard, large terrace, fireplace with seating, garden fireplace, grill, garden furniture, children’s corner and garden house. There is 1 covered parking space.
